About Mommy and Me Fitness and Fun
Our bodies need regular exercise and good nutrition. Without it, we become more prone to weakened cardiovascular systems, muscle atrophy and weight gain. A combined program of aerobic exercise, stretching, weight resistance and nutritional balance can fulfill all of your needs! The Journal of the American Medical Association reports that a moderate, twice weekly weight resistance training program can help increase and maintain bone density, muscle strength and balance.
It is the mission of Mommy and Me Fitness and Fun to help you make exercise and nutritional balance a part of your daily life now, so that you will see wonderful results, both physiologically and psychologically. Mommy & Me Fitness and Fun offers women and children a healthy start. This begins with a nurturing environment in which to spend time together, receive health education and play.

Angela Devaney owner of Mommy & Me Fitness Fun, is a licensed
practical nurse, personal trainer specializing in pre and post natal fitness, and a mother of five. She has studied and worked in the medical profession and aerobic, fitness community for the last ten years. She began her love for fitness when she completed U.S. Naval Boot camp in August 1995. She has been instrumental in the development of Mommy & Me programs. She is combining her love for children and motherhood with the driving desire as a nurse to help families make healthy life choices.
About Karen Isaac, RN,BSN
Certified Mommy and Me Fitness Fun Instructor Specializing in Yoga
Karen Isaac received her Mommy and Me Fitness Fun Instructor Certification in May 2008 and has chosen to specialize in Yoga. She has worked as a registered nurse for 10 years in a variety of capacities. Karen developed a love of Yoga in 2001 and has studying this captivating fitness technique ever since. She became certified in Yoga in 2007 and is extremely passionate about Ashtanga Yoga. In addition to her love of Yoga, Karen is an extremely devoted wife and mother of 4. Through Yoga, she hopes to assist her students in finding their own physical and spiritual well-being.
About Sarah Barlow
Class Coach
Sarah Barlow, mother of 2, has been a member of Mommy and Me Fitness for 3 years. She will be helping primarily with our Bike-N-Trike Class teaching children how to ride their bikes or tricycles. Her caring nature and love of fitness will be a great asset to our classes and the kids.
About Dena Glosser
Certified Mommy and Me Fitness Fun Instructor

Dena Glosser has recently joined the Mommy and Me Fitness Fun team. She has worked as a nutrition and wellness coach for several years and is very excited to offer Mommy and Me Fitness Fun to our newest location in Marion, OH. Dena, mother of two, is passionate about proactive, preventive health and hopes to inspire the mothers of Marion to find peace and meaning in a full life that is as healthy as possible.
About Melissa Ford RN BSN
Certified Mommy and Me Fitness Fun Instructor
Melissa Ford is a Registered Nurse and has recently received her certification as a Mommy and Me Fitness Fun Instructor. The value of fitness was instilled in Melissa by her family as she developed a passion for running and swimming. She continued her love of fitness in the Air Force as a fitness program manager and leader. Melissa is a new mother and hopes to inspire her children to appreciate the importance fitness. She enjoys challenging and motivating her students to reach for and conquer their goals. With a positive attitude and an optimistic outlook on life, Melissa believes all aspirations, physical and personal, can be achieved.
