Come and join us in teaching our children to enjoy exercise. Say "hello" to your new little training buddy and start exercising! Choose any of these creative exercise programs designed by Certified Pre/Postnatal Fitness Trainer, Angie Devaney - a nurse and mother of four!!
Mommy and Me Fitness and Fun offers a variety of fun-filled classes for all fitness levels. Our class descriptions are listed below. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding any of our classes.
**NOTE: If you are pregnant or 6-weeks post partum, please be sure to have your doctor's approval before starting these or any exercise program.

| Strollering Newbie | A class for beginners, including power stroller walking sessions incorporating muscular conditioning, strengthening, stretching and Mommy meditation, much more than just a walk in the park. Enroll Now |
| Strollering | A circuit class that keeps you moving with stroller & weights in 50 minutes. Children will love the socialization, & movement the class brings. |
| Strollering Power | A challenging workout. This class will definitely wake you up. Focusing on getting heart rates up to improve endurance. Children will not only enjoy riding in the stroller, but will also learn to stay fit too! Enroll Now |
| Yoga | A total body, mind and spiritual experience for both Mom and Baby! This class is a chance to re-connect and balance after giving birth. Babies will be utilized as weights for strengthening. Enroll Now |
| Kidzersize | What a great class for children who want to have fun and workout with mom. This is still a full hour workout with warm up, stretch, alternating intervals of hi/low impact cardio and strength training, cool down, stretch and abs. NOTE: Use of baby carrier recommended for non-walkers. Toys are welcome. Strollers are not part of the workout. Enroll Now |
| Groovin Grannies | A fun-filled walking with strollers class specifically modified for the grandparents to participate with their grandchildren. Enroll Now |
| Tummies | A 30 minute Core abdominal work out held before the stroller fit classes. Enroll Now |
| Bike-n-Tricycle | Are you the mother of more than 1 child? This is the class for you! While mom gets a work out with a personal trainer in a supportive group of other moms, older bike and tricycle riders will be working on bike skills with an instructor. Spots are limited. |
